Plateau Corvette Club members visited The Beechcraft Heritage Museum, it is a world class aviation museum. With over 78,000 square feet, its exhibits include 38 aircraft from the mid 1920’s to this century along with original art pieces and extensive historical displays of aviation and Beechcraft history. Plateau Corvette Club members visited the National Corvette Museum on Monday, October 16th for a tour and to view the new exhibit, “An American Love Affair:  70 Years of Corvette”. October 8 Plateau Corvette Club members attended the East Tennessee Corvette Club 53rd annual Corvette Car show. There were many Corvettes on display from C-1s to the new C-8’s. The Plateau Corvette Club won an award for the club with the most members in attendance. Thanks to Roger and Kathy for leading.

On October 6 several Plateau Corvette Club members drove to Summerville Ga to attend the NCRS Judging being held at Greg Wyatts Vintage Corvettes in Summerville Ga. On Tuesday, September 19th several Plateau Corvette Club members traveled to the Algood Walmart to participate in the Alzheimer’s 500 held in conjunction with Walmart’s from Memphis to Bristol and is to raise awareness for Silver Alerts. Thanks to Mike “Murf” for arranging the trip.
