  • The second event they attended on Saturday was the Lake Tansi Annual Autumn Leaf Festival Cruise-in. There were plenty of booths with crafts and trinkets to purchase. Live music and door prizes along with  great weather made the setting on the lake enjoyable.

  • On August 20th Plateau Corvette Club members took a leisure drive  to Mauricios Italian restaurant in Cookeville. They dined on good Italian food, heard old music from the 40’s and 50’s, and enjoyed the great atmosphere. The restaurant, formerly a residence, was built in 1910.   • August 6 Plateau Corvette Club members were invited to join the East Tennessee Corvette Club of Knoxville at their August Dine and Drive event. They met at Fortes Restaurant in downtown Crossville, enjoyed great food and conversation. More events of this kind will be planned in the future.  

  • July 31 Plateau Corvette Club members traveled to Nashville TN to visit The Frist Center for The Visual Arts Italian Automotive Renaissance.   • Wednesday July 27 the Plateau Corvette Club members attended a special Cruise-In for a local Church Youth Group. This local church does a lot of good work in our community for these kids. After the Cruise-In they had dinner together at Ruby Tuesday’s where they enjoyed a room to themselves, good fellowship, good service & tasty cuisine.

  • Tuesday July 26 Plateau Corvette Club members enjoyed a night of bowling at Plateau Lanes in Crossville. After a fun evening they stopped for dinner at Gondola Pizza House.      

  • Saturday July 23rd several Plateau Corvette Club members attended the Crossville Downtown Cruise-In. On display were many classic cars from the area.  

  • July 18 Plateau Corvette Club members attended the Mirror Lake Blast in Fairfield Glade. They parked their cars on the grassy area by the lake and listened to the Music of ” Soul Soup”

  • July 16th  the Plateau Corvette Club members took a leisurely drive to the Bull and Thistle restaurant in  Gainesboro, TN. They enjoyed a scenic drive on the back roads enjoying the great weather after a rain storm had passed thru the area.  Great food, time with  friends, and a good time was had by all.
