On Saturday, May 13, 2017, Plateau Corvette Club members drove to Coal Creek Smokehouse, in Rocky Top, TN, for a late lunch. It was a 65 mile trip (one way) on the back roads of Tennessee taking approximately 75 minutes. Coal Creek Smokehouse is a family-owned, family-operated BBQ restaurant offering pulled pork, pulled chicken, chicken leg quarters, spicy chicken wings, bologna, candied bacon, St. Louis ribs, and more.
Great weather made for a fun drive and good eats.
