The Plateau Corvette Club was invited to participate in a “Watch the Solar Eclipse Event” at the 4 way stop in Fairfield Glade on Monday, Aug 21 from noon to 3 pm. The Club had reserved parking on blacktop for their Corvettes and were able to sit under the shade of the nearby trees. They waited and viewed the total eclipse that turned day time into night time for a few minutes.
