  • WEDNESDAY, November 13th Plateau Corvette Club members joined Les & Kelly as they took a simple ride to Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse Restaurant in Knoxville, driving on Route 70 to Rockwood and then picking up I-40 to the restaurant – what a great place to eat!
    They watched the master chefs dazzle them with their samurai-like swordsmanship as they skillfully slice, dice, juggle, and entertain, while preparing delicious entrees on a sizzling Teppanyaki grill.

  • Monday November 4th Club members headed to The Dairy Bar in Whitley City, Kentucky. They stopped at Tennessee’s beautiful Pickett State Park in Jamestown. The park is beautiful and offers many different things to do, from picnicking, hiking, camping, kayaking and swimming in beautiful Arch Lake. They enjoyed the beautiful fall colors along the way and the weather was perfect.

  • November 2nd Plateau Corvette Club members participated in the Crossville Veterans Day Parade held thru downtown Crossville.

  • The Plateau Corvette Club was invited to attend the Flat Rock Motor Club Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, October 24 at their new facility in Cumberland County. Upon arrival at Flat Rock, they headed to the Corvette Corral for parking. After the ribbon cutting ceremony, a few members were included in the inaugural parade laps on the new 3 plus mile track. Even better, after the inaugural laps all the Corvette’s lined up for their own private laps!

  • Plateau Corvette Club members attended a Cruise in at the Putnam County Expo Center to benefit Trooper Adam Cothron who was shot in the line of duty in Cookeville while conducting a traffic stop. Over 300 cars showed up to support Trooper Cothron.

  • Sunday October 13th Plateau Corvette Club members drove to Knoxville TN to attend the East Tennessee Corvette Club 54th Annual Corvette Show as they celebrate 66 years as a Corvette Club.

    After the show, they traveled to the Parkside Grill located in Knoxville, TN for dinner then a nice drive back home.

  • Plateau Corvette Club had a special guest at our October meeting.

    A representative from Flatrock Motorsports Park, Tim Chandler VP of Marketing gave a presentation about the park and provided information about membership, etc. Flatrock Motorsports Park’s is a breathtaking full circuit, almost 6 miles with 34 turns taking full advantage of the unique topography and scale of the park.
    Their GP configuration is a 2.6 miles circuit including a unique path through the natural amphitheater. Flatrock’s circuits will be the new international benchmark for true motorsports enthusiasts.

  • Plateau Corvette Club members made their annual Charity donations for 2024 to three different organizations.

    First, they made a donation to the Fair Park Senior Center in Crossville.

    Plateau Corvette Club have many members from Putnam County, so a donation was made to the Putnam County Schools Student Services: The program takes care of identified homeless students. For students in need the program covers food, clothing, toiletries, bedding, and school supplies. It also assists/covers uninsured or underinsured students with medical, dental and optical needs.

    We Are One: is a faith-based organization dedicated to helping children in Cumberland County obtain necessities for their lives. The organization works with other outreach programs to provide items like shoes, backpacks, school supplies, clothing, etc. through events held at various times during the year.
